The 42d Dental Flight provides dental care by appointment for active duty, active guard and active reserve personnel to include designated geographically separated units within the local area. The dental clinic is located on the second floor of the Medical Group above the main Pharmacy.

Dental Care Available at Maxwell Dental Clinic
The Maxwell Dental Clinic provides a staff of licensed general dentists who provide dental examinations, operative (dental fillings), prosthetics (dental crowns, bridges, dentures), some types of tooth replacement, endodontics (root canal treatment) and emergency services. The clinic also employs registered dental hygienists and dental technicians to provide cleanings and preventive dental services.

Members who are found to require other dental specialty care outside the scope of practice of our staff are referred to specialists as needed. Military members seeking dental care through a civilian dentist are responsible for payment of that care if he/she has not been referred by the Maxwell Dental Clinic.

For non-duty day, holiday or after-duty hour emergencies, personnel should call 953-3368 and the clinic answering service will respond.
