1/9/2011 - MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. -- Due to expected inclement weather, the 42nd ABW commander has directed only key and essential personnel report prior to 4 p.m. Monday, January 10, 2011.

From 6 p.m. Sunday until 4 p.m. Monday, non-essential personnel are excused from work. Anyone unsure of whether they are key or essential personnel should check with their supervisor. Maxwell Elementary School will also be closed Monday.

Employees should report back to work on their next regularly scheduled duty day, or upon notification from their chain-of-command, whichever occurs first.
