10/7/2011 - Maxwell Air Force Base community members take part in a 'Walk a Mile in My Shoes' event Tuesday to raise awareness of domestic violence as part of the base's campaign of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The event included a proclamation signing by the 42nd Air Base Wing Commander, Col. Brian Killough. It also included information about domestic violence provided by base organizations, including Family Advocacy and the Airman and Family Readiness Center. (Air Force photo/Chris Baldwin)
