12/16/2011 - MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. -- The winners for the 2011 'My Military Family' art contest held by the Airman and Family Readiness Center include the following Maxwell Elementary Middle School students:

Pre-Kindergarten and first Grade:

First Place - Owen Clark, first grade
Second Place - Kendra Schlacter, first grade
Third Place - Moria McGuire, first grade
Honorable Mention - Ethan Pierce, first grade

Second, Third and Fourth Grade:

First Place: Aspen Adams, fourth grade
Second Place: Nicholas Britt, fourth grade
Third Place: Natasha McCarthy, second grade
Honorable Mention(s): Emma Elizabeth Higby, third grade and Natalie McCarthy, fourth grade

Fifth and Sixth Grade:

First Place: Carolyn Pope, fifth grade
Second Place: Kennedy Davis, fifth grade
Third Place: Nathan Bergan, fifth grade
Honorable Mention: Amaris Tyynismaa, fifth grade
