8/29/2012 - Lt. Gen David Fadok, president and commander of the Air University receives a bandage applied by SrA Sara A. Williams, following his annual flu shot on Monday. Williams, an Allergy and Immunization technician with the 42nd Medical Operations Squadron was part of a team providing flu shots this week for 2012-2013 flu season. The 42nd Medical Group's Immunizations Clinic will administer flu vaccinations for the 2012 - 2013 flu season to all TRICARE beneficiaries and DoD employees beginning on Sept. 4. A flu shot line is also scheduled for active duty military members only on Sept 7 in the auditorium of building 892 on Gunter Annex. For more information call the Immunization Clinic at 953-5731.
