12/12/2013 - Acting Secretary of the Air Force Eric Fanning, third from right, along with Officer Training School commandant Col. Scott Lockwood, second from right, and Lt. Col. Taran Hickie, commander of the 24th Training Squadron, review newly commissioned second lieutenants at their graduation parade Wednesday at Maxwell. This was Fanning's first visit to Maxwell and, in addition to attending the OTS commissioning ceremony and parade, he met with Air University and 42nd Air Base Wing officials and spoke with students from Squadron Officer College, Air Command and Staff College, Air War College and the Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy.
