Salute to the Troops

Tracy Hamlin, jazz and rhythm and blues performer from Atlanta, gave a "Salute to the Troops" Aug. 14 at Maxwell's Air Park. Sponsored by the 42nd Air Base Wing, the event was well attended as Ms. Hamlin and her band performed selections from her first solo album, "Seasons." Maxwell-Gunter volunteers clean up area schools

Pinnacle Community Center near completion

The new Pinnacle Community Center at Maxwell is nearing completion with a scheduled opening in late September. The current Pinnacle business offices located in Maxwell’s building 502 will move to this new location. The new facility will have a multi-purpose room complete with full kitchen and children’s play room that can be reserved at no cost to base residents for special events and occasions.
