WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio - Under Secretary of the Air Force Matthew P. Donovan visited Wright-Patt March 13 to give the keynote address for the 2018 Air Force Operations Research Symposium at the Air Force Institute of Technology.
During his address Donovan lauded the students for their cutting-edge work, which is at the heart of the Air Force’s approach to meeting the goals of the National Defense Strategy.
