The following data includes brief descriptions of sexual misconduct followed by disciplinary action issued to the guilty party. Outcomes are grouped by year and sorted by month.

Nonjudicial Punishment

- Failure to go, Dereliction of Duty, Conduct Prejudicial to Good Order and Discipline, Violations of Articles 86, 92, and 134, UCMJ – An Airman First Class failed to go to their appointed place of duty without authority. The member also failed to comply with installation regulations by driving an unregistered vehicle on base. Finally, the Airman received a ticket off-base and failed to appear in court, resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest. The Airman First Class accepted an Article 15 and received a punishment of a reduction to the grade of E-2 and a reprimand. A notification discharge was initiated for minor disciplinary infractions.

- Failure to go, False Official Statement, Violations of Articles 86 and 107, UCMJ – An Airman First Class told his supervisor that he was sick and would go to sick call. The member never went to sick call and instead left the local area. While he was out of the local area, the Airman lied to his supervisor saying that he was still sick and had been going to sick call. The member accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of 5 days extra duty and a reprimand.

Administrative Action
Drunken Operation of a Vehicle, Article 113, UCMJ - A Staff Sergeant was involved in a traffic stop, blew a .084% the case was dismissed due to erroneous equipment. The member received a counseling.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ – A Technical Sergeant failed to properly submit 9 cadets for entitlements. The member received a reprimand.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ- A Staff Sergeant failed to ensure critical details were present in key contracting and enlistment forms. The member received a counseling.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ - A Staff Sergeant failed to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and ensure completion of assigned duties. The member received a counseling.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ- A Captain failed to arrive on time for a Cadet’s PFA and mandatory Physical Training. These are amongst several numerous failures to include missed deadlines, disregard for tasks, and showing up late. The member received a counseling.

- Indecent Conduct, Article 134, UCMJ – A Senior Airman yelled obscene language at a superior commissioned officer and other supervisors during unit physical training. The member received a counseling.

- Failure to Obey, Article 92, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant misused their government travel card. The member received an admonishment.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant failed to acknowledge a prior letter of admonishment in a timely manner. The member received a counseling.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92 UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant failed to complete daily tasks and was continuously missing deadlines. The member received a counseling.

- Conduct Prejudicial to Good Order and Discipline, Article 134, UCMJ – An Airman First Class failed to pay off debt he had accumulated on one of his credit cards. The member received a reprimand.

- Wrongful Use of Marijuana, Article 112a, UCMJ – A Senior Airman tested positive for Delta 8 during a random urinalysis. The member received a reprimand and mandatory discharge proceedings were initiated.

- Assault, Article 128, UCMJ – A Senior Airman struck another member in the chest with his fist after a verbal altercation in the workplace. The member received a reprimand.

- Wrongful Use of Marijuana, Article 112 – A Senior Airman tested positive for Delta 8 during a random urinalysis. The member previously received an Article 15 and a notification discharge was completed. The member received a general characterization discharge.

- Domestic Violence, Article 128b, UCMJ – A Senior Airman struck his pregnant wife in the stomach. The member had previously received a reprimand and a notification discharge was completed. The member received a general characterization discharge.

Nonjudicial Punishment

-  Wrongful use of a controlled Substance, Violation of 112a, UCMJ – A Senior Airman wrongfully used marijuana on two occasions. The Senior Airman accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of a reduction to the grade of E-3, and reprimand. A notification discharge was initiated for drug abuse.

- Absent without Leave, Failure to Obey Order or Regulation, and False Official Statements, Violations of Article 86, 92, and 107, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant left their appointed place of duty, without authority, on three occasions. This member also wrongfully used their Government Travel Card for personal use. Last, the member signed an official document as someone else and did so without the other individual’s knowledge.  The Staff Sergeant accepted an Article 15 and received a punishment of a reduction to the grade of E-4, forfeiture of $1,598.00 pay, and a reprimand.

- False Official Statement, Wrongful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Violations of Article 107 and 112a, UCMJ – A Master Sergeant made a false official statement to their Commander about wrongfully possessing marijuana. The Master Sergeant accepted an Article 15 and received a punishment of a reduction to E-6, forfeiture of $2,325.00 pay which was suspended for six months, and a reprimand. In addition, the member relinquished rights to an administrative discharge board and will be administratively separated.

- Domestic Violence, Article 128b, UCMJ – A Senior Airman struck his pregnant wife in the stomach. The Senior Airman received a reprimand.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant failed to maintain minimum physical fitness standards and received a reprimand.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ – An Airman First Class failed to maintain minimum physical fitness standards and received a reprimand.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ – A Senior Airman failed to maintain minimum physical fitness standards and received a reprimand.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ – A Senior Airman failed to maintain minimum physical fitness standards and received a reprimand.

- Sleeping on Post and Dereliction of Duty, Articles 95 and 92, UCMJ – An Airman First Class was found sleeping on post and failed to adhere to dress and appearance standards.  The Airman First Class received a reprimand.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ – A Senior Airman failed to accomplish their daily tasks and received a reprimand.

- Indecent Conduct, Article 134, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant yelled profane phrases toward their leadership and received a reprimand.

- Failure to Go to Appointed Place of Duty, Article 86, UCMJ – An Airman First Class failed to report to appointed place of duty on time and received a reprimand.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ – An Airman First Class failed a dorm inspection for the seventh time and received a reprimand.

Administrative Action

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ – An Airman failed to progress in required training.  The Airman received a reprimand.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ – An Airman failed to maintain minimum physical fitness standards.  The Airman received a counseling.

- Drunken Operation of a Vehicle, Article 113, UCMJ – A Lieutenant Colonel was stopped by local law enforcement officers while operating a vehicle after he hit a curb.  Local police administered a breathalyzer and the officer’s blood alcohol content was greater than 0.08.  The Officer received a reprimand.

- Assault Consummated by a Battery, Article 128, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant became intoxicated and touched a female’s buttocks over the clothes, at a party.  The Staff Sergeant received a reprimand.

Results of Court-Martial

- Indecent Recording, Article 120c, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant without legal justification or lawful authorization knowingly made recordings of the private area of their civilian spouse and 12-year-old stepchild, without their consent.  The Staff Sergeant was found guilty by a General Court-Martial and sentenced to 10-months confinement, a bad conduct discharge, reduction to the grade of E-1, total forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and a reprimand. 

Nonjudicial Punishment

- Abusive Sexual Contact, Article 120, UCMJ – A Senior Airman touched the buttocks of another member through their clothing without their consent. The Senior Airman accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to the grade of E-1 and a reprimand.

- Failure to Obey a Lawful Order, Article 92, UCMJ – An Airman First Class failed to pay off his overdue Government Travel Card (GTC) balance after being ordered to do so by a certain date.  The Airman First Class accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Airman Basic, suspended upon the condition the GTC balance is paid by the agreed upon date, and a reprimand.

Administrative Action

-  Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ – An Airman First Class failed to maintain minimum physical fitness standards.  The Airman First Class received a counseling.

- False Official Statement, Article 107, UCMJ – An Airman First Class made a false official statement to their supervisor.  The Airman First Class received a counseling.

- Wrongful Use of a Controlled Substance, Article 112a, UCMJ, and Failure to Obey Lawful Orders, Article 92, UCMJ – An Airman previously received nonjudicial punishment for wrongful use of a controlled substance and failure to obey lawful orders.  The Airman was processed for administrative separation.

- Abusive Sexual Contact, Article 120, UCMJ – A Senior Airman pulled down another member’s pants and thrusted his body against the victim, without the victim’s consent. The Senior Airman received a reprimand and was processed for administrative separation.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant was derelict in the performance of their duty for failing a duty position evaluation.  The Staff Sergeant received a counseling.

- Dereliction of Duty, Article 92, UCMJ – An Airman First Class failed to maintain minimum physical fitness standards.  The Airman First Class received a counseling.

- Failure to Obey a Lawful Order, Article 92, UCMJ – An Airman First Class failed to pay off his overdue Government Travel Card (GTC) balance.  The Airman First Class received a reprimand.

- Failure to Obey a Lawful Order, Article 92, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant failed to refrain from improperly using a government system for an unauthorized purpose.  The Staff Sergeant received a reprimand.
