Officers’ Club offers Thanksgiving Day buffet

MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. --  Relax this Thanksgiving by celebrating in the historic setting of the Officers' Club with a traditional Thanksgiving buffet Nov. 26.

All ranks are invited. There are three seatings available: 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m. Dinner includes hand-carved turkey with homemade gravy, cornbread dressing, honey-glazed ham, steamship round of beef, sweet potatoes, holiday pies and homemade bread pudding.

The cost for members is $18.95 and $20.95 for non-members. Children ages 4 to12 are $8.95 each. Seniors 65 and over save $2, and children 3 and under eat free.

Reservations are required and must be made by Nov. 23. There are no refunds or cancellations after that date. For more information and to make reservations, call the Officers' Club at 953-7820.
