Congresswoman Martha Roby, U.S. Representative for Alabama’s Second Congressional District, looks on as a child works on science lessons regarding equal and opposite force during her first visit to STARBASE Maxwell, Nov. 27, 2017, Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala. STARBASE is a Department of Defense educational awareness and outreach program focused on providing Science, Technology, Engineering and Math lessons to fifth graders.
