Chief Master Sgt. Conrad Dawes, Thomas N. Barnes Center for Enlisted Education instructor, presented Donna McCullough, director of Forest Park Ministry Center, with a check for more than $1,200 Saturday, March 24, on Maxwell-Gunter Annex.

The Barnes Center's First Sergeant Academy and Chief Master Sergeant Leadership Course combined, raised over $1,800, which will supply more than 10,000 pounds of food to the River Region, said McCullough.

The Forest Park Ministry Center partnered with the Faithriderz, a local biker club, in order to help stock the local food pantry.

Before rendezvousing at the Enlisted Heritage Hall for the check presentation, the riderz spent the morning traveling between rally points around the River Region picking up food that has been donated.
