MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. --

The Air Education and Training Command’s Continuum of Learning team was here to engage with base leaders, April 9 – 10.

The team focused on hearing concerns and improving relationships and interaction as part of new force development mission objectives.

The CoL is striving to broaden the opportunities for education throughout an Airman’s career, and thus creating a culture that encourages lifelong learning.

“We are at a unique moment in the Air Force’s history, said Dr. Matthew Stafford, member of the Continuum of Learning team. “The need for change is intersecting with unprecedented support for change at very senior levels. It is up to you, the front line of our mission set, to capitalize on these opportunities to make life better for our Airmen and make our Air Force an even more effective fighting force.
