  1. How do I get a Refill?
    1. A: You may call in your refills as normal at 334-953-7971 or 334-953-7978. Please allow 72 hours for processing.
  1. How do I transfer my script to a network pharmacy?
    1. A: Please locate a pharmacy that has your medication and have that pharmacy fax the request to 334-953-5272 and the base pharmacy will contact them with your prescription.
  2. Is the drive thru open?
    1. A: Not at this time.
  3. How do I get my off base provider’s paper prescription filled?
    1. A: At this time, we are not accepting off-base paper prescriptions. Please utilize TRICARE network pharmacies for these prescriptions (https://militaryrx.express-scripts.com/find-pharmacy)
  4. How do I fill my prescription from my MTF provider?
    1. A: Please call us at 334-953-6868 and leave a voice mail with your name, date of birth, and the sponsors last 4.  Please allow 72 hours for processing.
  5. Do I need to activate my medication before it will be filled?
    1. A: Yes. Please call us at 334-953-6868 and leave a voice mail with your name, date of birth, and the sponsors last 4.  Please allow 72 hours for processing.
  6. Am I allowed in the MTF to pick up my medications?
    1. A: Yes you are. All personnel entering the clinic must be screened at the front door by our medical professionals.
  7.  How to I sign up for Home Delivery prescriptions?
    1. A: Please go to the following web page: https://militaryrx.express-scripts.com/home-delivery
  8.  Is the copay being waived?
    1. A: Not at this time.
  9.  Where can I go to get my prescriptions filled?
    1. A: Please refer to answers to questions 4 and 5.
  10.  If I transfer my medications to a civilian pharmacy can I come back to the MTF when  normal operations reseume?
    1. A: Yes.  However, the prescriptions will need to be transferred back to the MTF.  It is in your best interest to bring in a brand new prescription.
  11.  How long does it take from calling in a refill prescription to pick up?
    1. A: Once you have called in your refills, allow up to 72 hours for them to be ready.
  12.  How do I get a prescription from my off base provider refilled if my current refills are out?
    1. A: Once you have exhausted all of your refills on a prescription you will need to coordinate with your provider to get a new prescription.
  13.  How do I get a prescription from my MTF provider refilled if my current refills are out?
