Acting Secretary of the Air Force Eric Fanning meets with officer trainee Lauren Williams and her husband, Master Sgt. Dorian Williams, following her commission to second lieutenant at Maxwell Wednesday. Williams worked in Fanning's office prior to her selection to attend Officer Training School. This was Fanning's first visit to Maxwell and, in addition to attending the OTS commissioning ceremony and parade, he met with Air University and 42nd Air Base Wing officials and spoke with students from Squadron Officer College, Air Command and Staff College, Air War College and the Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy.
