Expeditionary course tests officer candidates
An officer trainee nudges his way across the basic expeditionary leadership problem solving course field Dec. 4, 2013, at Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala. During this course the officer candidate students are each tasked to take lead in solving a problem they would possibly run into in the operational Air Force. In this exercise, the trainee’s team had to securely transfer materials such as ammo boxes and water jugs while staying low to the ground. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Natasha Stannard)
