Elements of the 97th Bomb Group, Eighth Air Force, arrived at Royal Air Force High Wycombe, England on May 12, 1942. Christelle Magnee, French Air Force 2nd Lt. Bernad Scheidhauer’s great niece, and Caroline Kennard, Royal Air Force Squadron leader Roger Bushell’s niece, unveil a memorial to their relatives on July 1, 2017 outside Ramstein, German.
