61-0176 shown in the photo on the right to Maxwell and arranged for a stop to see one of his 'old friends' on his way to the Gulf Shores. Pringle was a second lieutenant when his photo was taken with the F-105 in 1969. He left the service a few years later.

Seeing an 'old friend'
