MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. - Air University staff, faculty, students and friends joined the family of Carl A. Spaatz, Center of Officer Education professor Dr. James Mowbray at the Maxwell Club Sept. 17, 2015 for a 'celebration of life' memorial in his honor. Mowbray, a Duke University graduate, brought his teaching experience from Auburn University of Montgomery, Troy University of Montgomery, Northrop Services Inc., and Webber College to the Air War College in 1983. Since that time, Mowbray, an avid writer, influenced thousands of Air Force commanders. Mowbray died of congestive heart failure.

MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. - Air University staff, faculty, students and friends joined the family of Carl A. Spaatz, Center of Officer Education professor Dr. James Mowbray at the Maxwell Club Sept. 17, 2015 for a 'celebration of life' memorial in his honor.
