                Maxwell Air Force Base’s Squadron Officer School held its change of command ceremony July 13, 2023. Lieutenant General Andrea Tullos, Commander and President, Air University Maxwell AFB, presided over the ceremony. Colonel Kevin Lee will now be in command over the Squadron Officer School as command has been passed along from Colonel Lance Rosa-Miranda, Commandant, Squadron Officer School, Air University. Colonel Rosa-Miranda has honorably served in the USAF for 25 years and has more than 4,200 logged flight hours. Colonel Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Astronautical Engineering in 2000 and has logged more than 3,200 flight hours within his Air Force career.
