Talladega SuperSpeedway:

Event: Talladega SuperSpeedway Race-Weekends

Day(s)/Time(s)/Date(s): Weekends, varying times and dates. On-Going

Purpose: Guest Service Positions for NASCAR Race Weekends

Volunteers Requested: 10+

Duties/Tasks: We are currently look for quality groups to become ushers for us. What does the usher do? They are the eyes and ears of the grandstands. They enforce the No-Smoking rule along with other policies, they help guests with any questions they may have, help them find their seats, pretty much there to help the guest and make their experience at Talladega the best it possibly can be! All the ushers will be assigned a specific location throughout the grandstands that they are in charge of, but then they will have an immediate supervisor over that section, then a zone supervisor, and then a manager as well; so we give them plenty of people that can help them. We provide training for the group prior to the event as well as plenty of materials to help them help the guest. It's really a fun job that gets you all off base for a weekend and interact with some of the best sports fans out there! We have plenty of room for the group to camp on site since the report times are early each day so most (98%) of the military groups, have taken advantage of this and camp alongside the other military groups.
