MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. -- As the calendar flips to 2017, we wanted to reflect on what a great year 2016 was at Maxwell.
From Airman 1st Class Mason Conway, 42nd Security Forces Squadron patrolman, saving two lives that were in a car accident in January, Air University shining at the DoD innovation awards in March, Col. Shafa taking the reins of the 42nd Air Base Wing this summer, and Maxwell honoring Chester McBride by dedicating an auditorium to his memory, we have continued to step up and stand out at Maxwell.
