Air University Press announces the release of its fall 2018 edition of Strategic Studies Quarterly, an Air Force-sponsored strategic forum on national and international security.

 

In this issue:

  • Gen. Joseph Lengyel, chief of the National Guard Bureau, describes how the State Partnership Program helps build international partners

  • Erica Borghard and Shawn Lonergan, both with the Army Cyber Institute at the United States Military Academy at West Point, explore cyber confidence building measures

  • Max Smeets, Stanford University Center for International Security and Cooperation, presents the advantages and limitations of offensive cyber operations

  • Matt Kroenig, Georgetown University and Atlantic Council, offers an argument defending the U.S. ICBM force

  • Media Ajir, University of Nebraska-Omaha and Bellevue University, and Bethany Vailliant, University of Nebraska-Omaha, assess Russian information warfare
