Throughout the Summer, up to 450 Cadets engaged in this year’s Air Force ROTC Field Training will be able to have incentive flights in EMB-312s (A-27) Tucano aircraft. This jet introduction will provide many with their first opportunity to experience this type of flight, with no better time than during Field Training. This two-week training serves as a hinge point of their commissioning experience will separate those that will continue towards commissioning and serve as leaders within their respected detachments. During this time, cadets operate in deployed environments while honing their leadership and followership abilities as they ascend toward becoming second lieutenants in the near future.
