William Dulaney, professor of organizational communication at the Air Force Culture and Language Center, and a faculty member of the Air University Air War College, looks at an HH-53 Super Jolly Green Giant static display on his Harley, at Maxwell Air Force Base. Dulaney spent his military career in a variety of positions, including the Special Forces, and is a member of the Biker culture and a member of a motorcycle club. . He is getting ready to deploy for his third one-year tour in Afghanistan as an advisor to the U.S. military forces there on a mission to support the transition of operations and leadership to the Afghan government.
