Chief Master Sergeant QUENTIN L. DAVIS

Chief Master Sgt. Quentin L. Davis is the senior enlisted leader for the 42nd Medical Group, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. He is responsible for directing medical and dental healthcare operations and support programs for more than 37,000 beneficiaries in the Maxwell Gunter community. Additionally, he aids in the management of a $24.6 million annual operating budget, a $9 million equipment account, and executive oversight of the Alabama central region’s portion of the $23.5 billion TRICARE beneficiary services contract. Moreover, Chief Davis leads more than 310 military and civilian personnel across two squadrons in the delivery of reliable patient care while overseeing process improvement initiatives, education and training, readiness, safety, morale, and quality of life programs.

Chief Davis entered the Air Force in March 2006 as a Public Health technician. His background includes total force and joint service partnership in preventive medicine. Furthermore, Chief Davis has served as a first sergeant, where he was the primary advisor to multiple commanders for the health, morale, and welfare of all assigned personnel. Prior to his current position Chief Davis was the first sergeant of the 39th Security Forces Squadron, Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.
